Hannah Pascoe

Dietitian

Hannah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with 9 years of clinical experience and is an active member of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
After completing her Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University in 2014, she spent 6 years employed with NSW Health working in acute hospitals, rehabilitation and community health care settings.
More recently, Hannah has been working as a private Dietitian via NDIS for the past 3-4 years. She works with both adults & children who have disabilities affecting their swallow function, ability to gain or lose weight, nutrient deficiencies and difficulties with self-feeding.
Hannah can also assist in sourcing meal delivery services & nutritional supplements via eligible participant’s NDIS plan.

She also has experience in a wide range of conditions including diabetes, heart disease, renal failure, digestive issues, allergies, cancer, malnutrition and artificial feeding (PEG tubes).

Hannah loves to cook for her young family using fresh, simple ingredients and is passionate about enhancing the quality of life of her clients using food and nutrition.
