Teri Gallivan
Registered Psychologist
Teri is a Psychologist registered with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science from Bond University.
Teri is client focused, taking an individualised approach to her clients. Teri offers a range of approaches including trauma informed practices and is trained in CBT, trauma informed CBT and ACT. She has an interest in anxiety, depression and grief presentations as well as complex presentations. Teri is also a volunteer support member for her local rural fire brigade, where she developed an interest in emergency service mental health. Teri enjoys working with neurodivergent and neurotypical clients with a particular interest in parental support, talk therapy, play based approaches and life-transition/adjustment support. Teri works Monday to Friday and is able to offer appointments under NDIS funding and MHCP. Teri can currently provide services via telehealth and in person at our Southport clinic.
